After a long expressway ride west, we head along the north shore of the Bay of Fundy (Fundy Shore Ecotour) toward Cape D'or; along Cobequid Bay, Minas Basin and Minas Channel.

Adrienne's Lunch is a must-stop. Clams are harvested daily and battered and fried to order.
